Well... It's a factory part. It fits like a FACTORY part, what more do you need? Finish, It's a interior part, it looks like it belongs in a 100K car. Feel... The only real subjective part of this. It shortens the throw a small amount based on the being slightly shorter and lowering the knob about 2 inches overall. I personally like it.
